Remote Recruiter – House Rx

Lead full-cycle recruiting for House Rx across pharmacy operations, product, engineering, commercial, and corporate teams. Build candidate pipelines, coordinate hiring, close offers, and track recruiting performance in a fully remote role.

Description

  • Build candidate pipelines and relationships across roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
  • Develop sourcing approaches with Pharmacy Operations for both high-volume and targeted hiring.
  • Recruit product managers, designers, software engineers, and data and security professionals.
  • Engage candidates through relationship building, marketing campaigns, and employer-brand initiatives.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and coordination through offers, across Pharmacy Operations, Engineering, Product, Commercial, and Corporate.
  • Manage applicants, interview scheduling, and interview logistics in Greenhouse.
  • Work with hiring managers and interviewers to keep the recruiting process efficient.
  • Lead debriefs that support consistent and equitable hiring practices.
  • Partner with People and Finance to shape offers, address objections, and close candidates.
  • Track time-to-fill, offer metrics, pipeline health, and hiring sources.
  • Keep Greenhouse records, notes, candidate dispositions, and structured scorecards accurate.
  • Follow employment rules and healthcare-specific procedures, including clinical credentialing and background checks.
  • Suggest improvements to interview design, sourcing tools, and recruiting practices.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • At least six years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
  • Demonstrated success with strategic sourcing and consistent offer acceptance rates.
  • Enthusiasm for House Rx’s mission and the ability to inspire applicants and candidates.
  • Resourceful, eager to learn, and able to explain House Rx roles and company culture knowledgeably.
  • Able to use recruiting metrics and analytics to inform and improve hiring decisions.
  • Startup experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a nuanced, fast-paced, fully remote environment; preferred.
  • Healthcare or health-related recruiting experience preferred.
  • Pharmacy experience is a plus.
