- Complete four weeks of paid, full-time training
Requirements
- Reside in the Jacksonville area
- Hold a high school diploma or GED
- Communicate clearly and confidently with unfamiliar callers
- Use basic math, primarily percentages, comfortably
- Maintain reliable high-speed internet
- Spanish fluency is an advantage
- Remain on camera throughout the full shift
- Be available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM during training
- After training, work Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM plus one weekly evening shift from 12 PM–9 PM
