Remote Business Support Coordinator in Texas

DEKRA North America is seeking a remote Business Support Coordinator in Texas to support its 2nd Party Audits operations. The role covers data management, scheduling, auditor coordination, client accounts, and performance reporting across North American resources.

Description

  • Manage administrative activities for complex client accounts and strategic projects within DEKRA’s 2nd Party Audits Group
  • Promote a safe and healthy workplace by taking responsibility, participating actively, and following established policies and procedures
  • Assist the Operations Program Manager with data entry, analytics, scheduling, and auditor assignments
  • Coordinate with DEKRA entities to arrange North American resources for client sites
  • Enter operational data accurately and analyze it as required
  • Monitor, track, and report business-group metrics, including status and revenue
  • Coordinate client and auditor schedules according to company guidelines
  • Complete other assigned administrative and operational duties
  • Communicate directly with clients when needed
  • Report to the Program Manager
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • At least three years of administrative or operations-support experience
  • Experience in automotive, warranty, sales incentives, service, fixed operations, or collision repair is preferred
  • Ability to analyze data and create charts, pivot tables, and summations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • SharePoint experience is advantageous
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage work independently, and take initiative
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through
  • Process-focused approach with critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift 25–50 pounds of luggage
  • Comfort working for extended periods on a computer and phone
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when deadlines or operational needs require it
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
