Description

  • Proactively source, assess, and recruit qualified talent for U.S. Bancorp roles while supporting business objectives.
  • Use varied sourcing methods and choose effective channels to reach diverse candidate pools.
  • Manage recruiting activities efficiently, cost-effectively, and within expected timelines.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines and support positive experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Represent U.S. Bank’s purpose and core values through consistent workplace behaviors and attitudes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least two years of recruiting experience, or a combination of related sales, marketing, or Human Resources experience.
  • Foundational knowledge of talent acquisition, including sourcing and selecting a broad and diverse applicant pool.
  • Effective project management capabilities.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and recruitment networks.
  • Ability to interpret data, trends, and recruiting metrics.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines concurrently.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work from a U.S. Bank location at least three days per week.
  • Ability to follow U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and applicable workplace conduct and safety requirements.
