Part-Time Inventory Reconciliation Coordinator | Philippines Remote
Part-time remote role for a Philippines-based coordinator responsible for reconciling 3PL warehouse inventory with NetSuite. The position covers discrepancy resolution, fulfillment postings, purchase order alignment, and escalation management.
Description
- Review and prioritize daily inventory discrepancies between 3PL warehouse partners and NetSuite
- Process overnight automated reconciliation tasks and follow up on unresolved items
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to gather documentation and resolve inventory differences
- Create and maintain NetSuite records for straightforward reconciliation cases
- Flag discrepancies with possible financial consequences and escalate them to the appropriate internal team
- Handle daily fulfillment posting activities
- Perform a weekly review to align purchase orders
- Monitor open reconciliation items across facilities and drive timely follow-up
- Keep records accurate and provide clear updates to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational ability
- Background in inventory reconciliation, supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Experience using NetSuite or another ERP platform, or the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Experience with ClickUp or a comparable task management tool is advantageous
- Sound judgment in deciding when to resolve issues independently and when to escalate them
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and unresolved items across several facilities
- Comfort working independently during morning hours with a brief daily team overlap
- Consistent follow-through and personal accountability
- Experience collaborating with 3PL warehouses
- Knowledge of NetSuite inventory or fulfillment workflows
- Experience in inventory control, order management, or supply chain operations
- Experience coordinating with multiple warehouse or logistics partners
- Experience with purchase order reconciliation
