Oracle CX Service Architect – Hybrid, United States
Architect Oracle CX Service and the DCS Customer Service Portal for APEXIT’s enterprise clients. Shape scalable integrations and guide delivery across the project lifecycle.
Description
- Lead architecture and design for the DCS Customer Service Portal and Oracle CX Service.
- Turn business needs and service workflows into scalable, maintainable Oracle Cloud CX solutions.
- Set the direction for portal setup, features, and integrations with supporting systems.
- Help guide integration architecture and design using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Partner with functional consultants, developers, and integration teams to resolve design and technical issues.
- Record architecture, design choices, integration points, and technical requirements.
- Keep solutions aligned with business goals, security needs, privacy standards, and architecture practices.
- Offer practical guidance through development, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
- Explain architecture decisions, risks, and recommendations to project stakeholders.
- Work autonomously while coordinating with the wider team to deliver project outcomes.
- Pursue ongoing learning through training and certification exams.
- Contribute expertise to internal initiatives and support colleagues as needed.
- May train technical staff, interview candidates, assign work, manage workflows, and assess project performance.
- Handle other assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience designing Oracle CX architectures.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle CX Service or Oracle Fusion Service.
- Experience building customer service portals and their integrations.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integration architecture.
- Able to document technical designs and work with functional, development, and integration teams.
- Thorough knowledge of IT procedures and practices.
- Thorough knowledge of Oracle principles and planning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Able and willing to travel when customer projects require it.
- Reliable, consistent internet access.
- A professional remote workspace with a suitable background and noise level.
- Available full time during APEXIT business hours and, when needed, outside those hours.
