Mid-Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Recruit global technology talent for EverAI’s AI companionship platform. Develop AI-enabled recruiting processes and provide a strong candidate experience.
Description
- Find and hire high-caliber talent worldwide.
- Identify and engage standout candidates across leading technology hubs and companies.
- Reach passive candidates through considered outreach and networking.
- Help build an AI-led recruiting toolkit using AI agents, technical communities, and creative sourcing channels.
- Build lasting relationships with passive candidates around the world.
- Guide candidates from the initial discovery call through to offer acceptance.
- Make every candidate interaction clear, considerate, and high quality.
- Run structured interviews to evaluate technical aptitude and cultural fit.
- Share concise, practical candidate assessments with hiring managers and leaders.
- Partner with founders and team leads to streamline hiring processes and reduce friction.
- Help shape EverAI’s employer brand and attract people interested in AI.
- Improve recruiting workflows, try AI tools, develop employer branding, and test sourcing approaches.
Requirements
- Bring at least three years of recruiting experience.
- Have at least two years of experience recruiting for technology roles.
- Have worked in a startup or scale-up.
- Have sourced candidates globally, including from major technology hubs in the United States, Europe, and Latin America.
- Know applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
- Communicate well and collaborate effectively.
- Be fluent in English.
- Be goal-focused and show ownership and commitment.
- Balance hands-on execution with planning and strategic thinking.
- Be humble, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback.
- Be comfortable recruiting for products involving uncensored models and content.
- AI recruiting experience or familiarity with the AI sector is a plus.
- Experience with employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or other talent acquisition initiatives is a plus.
