Marketing Administrative Assistant

Description

  • Provide administrative support to Florida Marketing Operations and regional leadership.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, schedules, and operational activities.
  • Maintain records, files, documentation, spreadsheets, and operational databases.
  • Coordinate communication among Marketing Leadership, resort operations, and internal departments.
  • Prepare marketing reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Organize and distribute performance data and operational updates.
  • Create presentations, reports, and business documents for leadership.
  • Enter data accurately and on time while protecting confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Arrange meetings, travel, departmental activities, onboarding, and administrative documentation.
  • Monitor office supplies, departmental resources, and inventory requirements.

Requirements
