Description

  • Support HR software implementations for large corporations and mid-sized businesses
  • Review current HR processes and recommend ways to implement and improve HR software
  • Act as the main contact for optimizing customers’ existing HR processes
  • Convert HR business requirements into practical workflows
  • Maintain accurate mappings of HR processes
  • Coordinate customer projects and oversee project management responsibilities
  • Take ownership of initial projects within your first six months
  • Demonstrate the software solution’s core functionality to customers
  • Represent yourself with confidence and professionalism in customer interactions

Requirements

  • Bring initial HR experience from internships or similar placements
  • Have experience working with a digital HR environment
  • Show a strong interest in technology
  • Apply excellent analytical abilities
  • Hold a completed university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
  • Communicate very well in spoken and written German
  • Communicate very well in spoken and written English
  • Be willing to travel
  • Work independently while adapting flexibly to changing needs
