Description

  • Manage databases and upload files to the server while safeguarding financial and accounting information.
  • Prepare documentation required for audits on time.
  • Complete required accounting reconciliations.
  • Review accounts to support financial close and deliver the relevant reports.
  • Maintain digital and physical archives of financial records.
  • Clear third-party account items.
  • Reconcile accounting accounts for monthly reporting.
  • Handle Finance Department administrative matters with DIAN, the Chamber of Commerce, embassies, auditors, transportation terminals, airports, and other entities.

Requirements

  • Technical or technologist qualification in Accounting.
  • At least two years of experience in the field.
  • Knowledge of and experience using accounting software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills.
  • Availability to travel.
