Field Service Technician II - Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)

Repair and maintain ATMs, self-checkout systems, and other electromechanical equipment for NCR Atleos. Serve retailers and financial institutions throughout an assigned local territory.

Description

  • Complete customer installations, scheduled maintenance, and service calls efficiently and effectively
  • Repair and maintain electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, across an assigned territory
  • Carry out preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and full system overhauls
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system configuration issues
  • Address network failures, system access, security controls, and remote connectivity
  • Prioritize and coordinate customer issues, resolving potential problems proactively where possible
  • Communicate with customers openly, professionally, and with a clear focus on resolution
  • Complete NCR Atleos virtual and hands-on training programs
  • Follow NCR Atleos policies, including its Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe-driving requirements
  • Handle additional duties aligned with qualifications and business needs
  • Work in neighboring service territories during regular shifts when operational requirements call for reassignment
  • Optionally take overnight travel assignments to support wider service coverage

Requirements

  • Live within the designated geographic service area
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Be at least 19 years old
  • Hold a valid driver's license and meet NCR Atleos fleet driving requirements
  • Have PC proficiency, basic electronics knowledge, and familiarity with operating systems
  • Be able to perform the essential duties without reasonable accommodation, including extended travel with several hours of daily driving, rotating and weekend shifts, lifting and carrying tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted, and frequent bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
  • Understand large-server systems, mainframe computers, and imaging software
  • Hold A+, CompTIA, or Network+ (N+) certification
  • Have at least one year of relevant experience
  • Pass the screening criteria applicable to the position as a condition of employment
