Description
- Build and maintain group-wide contract management across the full contract lifecycle
- Create and implement standards, processes, and governance frameworks
- Drive the ongoing enhancement of contract standards, processes, and governance
- Support and advance the contract management system in partnership with IT
- Coordinate collaboration with MERKUR GROUP entities in Germany and internationally
- Help roll out standardized contract management processes
- Contribute expertise to cross-functional initiatives
- Assume increasing responsibility for expanding the contract management function
Requirements
- Completed commercial or legal vocational training, or an equivalent qualification
- Some professional experience in contract management
- Knowledge of project management, document management, compliance, or digitalization is an advantage
- Interest in designing and improving processes and using digital systems
- Organized, self-directed, and solution-focused working style
- Good English-language skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Willingness to collaborate across functions
