Description

  • Design and implement computer vision methods for detecting 2D-to-3D objects in drone imagery
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate machine learning models into the product
  • Develop complete machine learning pipelines with GCP, Python, Argo, PyTorch, and MLflow
  • Manage data preparation, model training, deployment, and production monitoring
  • Present technical findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Two to four years of professional experience in data science or machine learning, including computer vision and deep learning
  • Practical experience spanning the full machine learning lifecycle, from preprocessing and training through evaluation, deployment, and monitoring, using Conda, MLflow, or comparable tools
  • Strong software engineering ability with Python, Git or GitHub, Docker or Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
  • Effective problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, along with the ability to learn unfamiliar tools quickly
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • German language skills are advantageous but not required
  • Industry experience in construction or a related field is beneficial
  • Familiarity with GCP, Vertex AI, PyTorch, Conda, MLflow, GitHub, and Argo Workflows is beneficial
  • Experience developing and maintaining machine learning pipelines is beneficial
  • A practical, goal-focused approach and willingness to take initiative are beneficial
