Campus Administrative Coordinator – Dallas Hybrid

Support Remington College’s Dallas campus and Campus President through administrative coordination, records management, communications, scheduling, vendor oversight, and campus events.

Description

  • Report to the Campus President
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, travel, conferences, and campus activities
  • Create, maintain, and update organized filing systems
  • Retrieve information from files when needed
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Answer calls, take messages, and respond to routine and non-routine inquiries
  • Coordinate telephone coverage with the Campus receptionist
  • Prepare and format correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, and business plans
  • Proofread and edit documents for accuracy, grammar, and presentation
  • Safeguard confidential files and records
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports
  • Supervise assigned front-desk and maintenance staff, vendors, contractors, Wonderlic proctors, and security personnel
  • Maintain and distribute current staff schedules, telephone directories, and vendor lists
  • Support graduation ceremonies as assigned
  • Use discretion and independent judgment across assigned administrative functions
  • Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned
  • Build professional working relationships with Campus personnel
  • Work onsite when required and remotely when onsite presence is not needed

Requirements

  • Associate degree preferred
  • At least two years of administrative services experience
  • Proficiency with word-processing applications
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet applications
  • Proficiency with Internet applications
  • Comply with College policies, applicable state and federal laws and regulations, and accreditation standards
  • Protect confidential information
  • Be able to work onsite when required
