- Assess client workers’ compensation claims and determine benefits owed
- Adjudicate claims in line with service expectations, industry practices, and client requirements
- Create and carry out action plans to move claims toward timely resolution
- Investigate claims and collect information to assess exposure

- Keep claimants and clients informed about claim activity and processing
- Submit claims to the excess carrier

- At least five years of claims management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
