Spanish Content Management Strategist
Lead Spanish-language digital content experiences at Vanguard through AEM governance, translation quality management, taxonomy, and AI-supported content operations.
विवरण
- Own the strategy, discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement of multilingual content experiences for Vanguard Workplace Solutions
- Work with Product and Technology partners to establish content priorities, scope, roadmaps, and implementation plans
- Provide subject-matter expertise in multilingual content strategy, digital consistency, and language-experience governance
- Create and maintain content governance frameworks, workflows, operating guidance, and job aids
- Evaluate translated content for accuracy, brand alignment, accessibility, and consistency
- Manage multilingual content libraries, migration plans, taxonomy, metadata, folder structures, and content fragment models
- Develop and implement content management strategies with Adobe Experience Manager, the Constellation Design System, and related platforms
- Oversee content authoring, publishing, governance, and maintenance across AEM On-Prem and AEM Cloud
- Apply AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to strengthen content operations
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to advance continuous improvement
- Coach and support less experienced crew members
- Contribute to special projects and complete other assigned responsibilities
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of relevant professional experience
- Three years of business technology experience preferred
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Native-level Spanish proficiency with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to review, validate, and assure the quality of multilingual content experiences
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and content management systems, including authoring, publishing, governance, and lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge of content governance, taxonomy, metadata, content modeling, and scalable content frameworks
- Demonstrated success partnering with Product, Technology, UX, and Marketing teams
