- Drive sales and profitability across large and strategic prospect accounts.
- Engage interested prospects and guide them through the sales process.
- Convert warm leads into customers among large and strategic accounts.
- Support NinjaOne’s expansion into the large mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Qualify warm leads and keep prospect pipeline records current.
- Advise prospects on NinjaOne products.
- Lead discovery calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate deal terms, discounts, and implementation plans, obtaining leadership approval for discounts below the set threshold.
- Guide prospects through product evaluation and close new revenue.
- Forecast opportunities accurately in Salesforce to meet or exceed monthly quota in an assigned territory.
- Take on other duties as required.
आवश्यकताएँ
- An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Three to five years of quota-carrying Account Executive experience selling SaaS software to B2B prospects.
- Experience selling IT operations software or similar solutions is preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with and influence prospects.
- A consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to deliver relevant product demonstrations to business users and technical audiences.
- Strong professional presence and business acumen.
- Ability to build client credibility and win new business.
- Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
- Must live in Eastern Canada or Austin, Texas, for the hybrid arrangement.
