- Use statistical methods to conduct comprehensive analyses
- Stress-test internal models against expected outputs and customer needs
- Detect bugs and edge cases in internal models
- Interpret key findings and validate them with team members

- Continually validate and adapt models as environments change
- Contribute to internal research and development initiatives
- Provide analytical and actuarial support to colleagues
- Source relevant public information and data for underwriting and actuarial tools
- Assess data sources for consistency, completeness, accuracy, and quality
- Document modules used in internal tools

- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Bring strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Have practical experience with VBA, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, or comparable statistical software
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in statistics, actuarial science, data science, economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or offer relevant professional experience
- Bring 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Show fluency with AI, curiosity about its applications, and willingness to learn and use AI tools thoughtfully
