Support Residential Sales and Marketing as the primary Finance partner.
Lead the preparation, analysis, and communication of residential sales and cost-of-sales forecasts.
Partner with Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain to build detailed forecasts using market and product insights.
Explain forecast revisions and reconcile forecast results with actual performance.
Prepare and maintain profitability analyses for the 30 largest non-Furniture Gallery customers.
Monitor sales and gross profit results and create account-specific profitability plans for the 10 largest customers.
Direct pricing analyses for products and product groups to improve sales and gross profit.
Build business cases for new products and support go-to-market strategy development.
Evaluate return on investment for Residential Trade and Volume Discount programs.
Analyze financial performance for biannual Market product launches and identify opportunities to improve margins.
Set pricing strategies for clearance and obsolete inventory.
Forecast and budget gross sales, discounts, and related SG&A expenses.
Supervise one to two direct reports.

आवश्यकताएँ

Bachelor’s degree in Finance preferred, or Accounting, plus 6–8 years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications.
At least five years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
Experience in retail brands or consumer packaged goods, especially sales finance.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working across functions.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
Experience with an ERP system such as SAP or JDE preferred.
Ability to satisfy the company’s Driver Management Program requirements when travel or driving is required.
Supervisory responsibility for one to two direct reports.
