Tavsif

  • Architect and deliver scalable data and AI systems for data-intensive workloads
  • Create trusted data foundations and reusable products from diverse sources
  • Develop dependable batch, streaming, and near-real-time pipelines aligned with business needs
  • Promote trusted-data access through democratization and self-service capabilities
  • Implement data-quality, governance, lineage, metadata, security, and observability capabilities
  • Define shared business context and semantics for applications, ML models, GenAI, and AI agents
  • Productionise ML solutions for prediction, forecasting, risk, anomaly detection, recommendations, and optimisation
  • Deliver production-ready GenAI and LLM applications using RAG, embeddings, vector search, and tool calling
  • Develop agentic AI systems that reason over trusted data, use tools and APIs, make recommendations, and take actions
  • Create guardrails, access controls, monitoring, and human oversight for AI and agentic systems
  • Develop reusable APIs, services, and workflows that connect data, applications, and AI capabilities
  • Apply Pipedream or comparable workflow tools when they provide value
  • Make technology and architecture choices that balance scalability, reliability, security, performance, and cost
  • Strengthen engineering practices through testing, CI/CD, and observability
  • Participate in architecture assessments, technical design, and code reviews
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to shared engineering and architecture standards
  • Partner with engineers, data scientists, architects, product teams, and supply-chain specialists
  • Contribute to Maersk’s next-generation digital supply-chain intelligence platform

Talablar

  • At least four years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, AI/ML engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience designing and delivering scalable, distributed, data-intensive systems
  • Experience contributing to or owning architecture and technical design for data or AI platforms
  • Strong Java and Python programming skills
  • Solid knowledge of data architecture, data modelling, distributed systems, and data processing
  • Experience building data pipelines, data products, or data platforms at scale
  • Experience with Kafka, Spark, Databricks, Flink, or comparable technologies
  • Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
  • Working knowledge of data quality, governance, metadata, lineage, and observability
  • Hands-on experience moving ML models into production, including deployment, monitoring, and evaluation
  • Experience developing practical, production-ready GenAI and LLM applications
  • Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector search, tool calling, and LLM evaluation
  • Experience with or strong exposure to AI agents and agentic workflows
  • Understanding of AI security, guardrails, access control, and human oversight
  • Experience with at least one cloud platform, such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
  • Strong software engineering practices covering automated testing, CI/CD, and production operations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • A platform-oriented approach focused on reusable capabilities
  • Preferred: experience in logistics, shipping, transportation, or supply chain
  • Preferred: experience with real-time and event-driven architectures
  • Preferred: experience with MLOps and model monitoring
  • Preferred: experience with production RAG, AI agents, or agent orchestration
  • Preferred: experience with MCP or comparable agent and tool integration patterns
  • Preferred: experience with knowledge graphs, semantic models, or entity resolution
  • Preferred: experience with Pipedream or similar workflow and integration platforms
  • Preferred: experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures
  • Preferred: experience leading technical design or architecture for large-scale platforms
