Senior Workday Technical Lead, HCM Integrations
Lead enterprise Workday HCM, Payroll, and integration engineering, guiding teams through technical delivery and DevOps practices.
Tavsif
- Own technical design, development, deployment, and ongoing support for Workday HCM and Payroll solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs.
- Create custom applications with Workday Extend and related development tools.
- Build and manage Workday Prism Analytics data pipelines for reporting, integrations, and advanced analytics.
- Oversee integration schedules, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Support HR, Payroll, Benefits, and employee self-service processes.
- Direct projects from technical design and development through testing, release, and production support.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code quality controls, and DevOps practices.
- Guide onshore and offshore engineers, architects, and external delivery partners.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable secure data exchange with enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Maintain compliance with security, privacy, governance, change management, and documentation standards.
- Update business and technology stakeholders on progress, technical risks, dependencies, and delivery status.
Talablar
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience, including 3 years leading medium to large engineering teams.
- At least 4 years of hands-on Workday development experience.
- At least one completed full Workday HCM implementation as a senior lead developer.
- Strong practical experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs.
- Experience with Workday Extend or the Workday Build Ecosystem.
- Strong experience with Workday Prism Analytics and data ingestion pipelines.
- Experience overseeing Workday integrations, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and HR data integrations.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS integrations, Agile delivery, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Strong technical leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in media, entertainment, or consumer-facing digital businesses.
- Preferred: Knowledge of SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Preferred: Experience with API management platforms such as MuleSoft, Apigee, or Kong.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Azure, AWS, GCP, or Salesforce platforms.
- Preferred: Experience building custom applications with React and Java.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Workday Canvas Kit, UI/UX principles, and accessibility standards.
