Install, troubleshoot, and repair Diebold Nixdorf banking and retail technology at customer sites across Pennsylvania. Provide preventive maintenance, customer training, and other field support within an assigned territory.
Tavsif
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, software, and product components, primarily at customer sites.
- Carry out scheduled inspections, cleaning, other services, and minor repairs across an assigned territory.
- Check products for proper operation and resolve issues or escalate them according to established procedures.
- Schedule service visits and complete the required paperwork.
- Help customers understand product functions and support their satisfaction.
- Diagnose hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools and detailed analysis.
- Repair hardware at the component level.
- Clean and adjust mechanical components.
- Configure and install relevant software.
- Complete preventive maintenance and routine checks.
- Replenish consumables as directed.
- Install, relocate, add, modify, and remove hardware and software products.
- Show customers how to use installed hardware and software.
- Take part in hardware and software training, KPI initiatives, and special projects.
Talablar
- Relevant education or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant field service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A driver's license and driving record that meet Diebold Nixdorf fleet requirements.
