Tavsif

  • Grow and maintain hotel supply across Charleston and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
  • Manage hotel accounts and improve listings through discounts, availability, and related commercial tools
  • Strengthen Airbnb’s local market presence through cross-team collaboration and regional expertise
  • Drive hotel performance across HotelTonight and Airbnb
  • Create tiering frameworks and account-management strategies
  • Convert hotel prospects and manage relationships with strategic partners and internal stakeholders
  • Build and improve scalable, locally tailored supply-management programs
  • Expand hotel partnerships and manage accounts toward quarterly sales targets
  • Lead partner optimization calls and business reviews, providing on-site support when needed
  • Manage and improve performance across a portfolio of thousands of long-tail hotels
  • Train clients on product changes and communicate product and public-policy feedback internally
  • Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and guide resource allocation
  • Create and execute territory engagement initiatives
  • Partner with product, communications, public policy, legal, tax, and customer support teams
  • Track trends in the local market
  • Apply knowledge of software partnerships to support hosts and guests
  • Represent Airbnb in hotel partner meetings and industry conferences

Talablar

  • At least six years of experience in new business sales, account management, and partner support
  • Experience in the technology or travel industry for two or more years is preferred
  • Demonstrated success managing a book of business
  • Strong quantitative ability with experience interpreting and applying data
  • Able to operate strategically and tactically while executing in ambiguous situations
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating across functions
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
  • Able to communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person
  • Resourceful, self-directed, and engaging professional
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills
  • Advanced CRM proficiency, including leads, opportunities, and other core objects
  • Salesforce experience is preferred
  • Located in Charleston or Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory, generally every four to six weeks
  • Enthusiasm for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy
  • Airbnb hosting experience is preferred
