Support learning, employee data and payroll operations at Air Liquide Europe Business Services. Coordinate HR workflows and help improve processes in a hybrid role.

- Support operational work across learning services, employee data management and payroll administration
- Handle daily HR workflows
- Maintain accurate data and follow compliance requirements
- Carry out an initiative to improve an existing HR workflow
- Coordinate training logistics, update course listings, track participants and analyze post-training evaluations
- Process employee status changes and maintain confidential HRIS records
- Review employee records for compliance
- Reconcile time and attendance records and complete pre-payroll checks
- Respond to first-line payroll questions
- Use lean and continuous improvement methods to document and optimize an HR workflow
Talablar
- Master’s degree in human resources, management or a related field
- Fluent in English and at least one of French, German or Dutch
- Enjoy collaborating with people from different cultures
