Field Service Technician II – Denver, CO (On-Site)
NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II to repair ATMs and self-checkout systems across Denver-area territories. The role covers hardware, software, networking, and electromechanical troubleshooting.
Tavsif
- Complete customer installations, maintenance visits, and service calls efficiently and on schedule
- Maintain and repair electromechanical systems, including ATMs and self-checkout equipment, throughout an assigned territory
- Carry out preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and complete system overhauls
- Investigate and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system-configuration problems
- Address network failures, system access, security controls, and remote connectivity issues
- Prioritize and triage customer issues, resolving potential problems proactively where possible
- Maintain clear, helpful, and professional customer communication focused on achieving resolution
- Complete NCR Atleos virtual and practical training programs
- Follow NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, the Code of Conduct, health and safety rules, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe-driving requirements
- Handle other related responsibilities aligned with qualifications and business requirements
- Work in nearby service territories during regular shifts when operational coverage requires reassignment
- Choose to take overnight travel assignments supporting wider service coverage
Talablar
- Be based locally in the designated geographic area
- Have at least one year of related experience
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Be at least 19 years old
- Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record meeting NCR Atleos fleet standards
- Demonstrate PC and basic electronics skills, along with familiarity with operating systems
- Be able to perform essential duties without reasonable accommodation, including extended travel and several hours of daily driving
- Be available for rotating and weekend shifts
- Be able to independently carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Be able to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements while handling objects of varying sizes
- Have familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software
- A+ Certification, CompTIA certification, or Network+ (N+) Certification is preferred
- Pass the screening criteria applicable to the position as a condition of employment
