- Create and improve custom software, interfaces, workflows, and integrations with C#/.NET, VBA, XML, and modern web technologies.
- Maintain and optimize applications and database structures built with MS Access and MS SQL Server.
- Develop digital solutions that connect existing systems and interfaces.
- Assess business needs and technical requirements.
- Design practical solutions built for long-term use.
- Help customers digitize and improve their business processes.
- Coordinate technical work with customers and collaborate across internal and external teams.
- Prepare technical documentation.
- Manage code and changes in Git.
- Take part in virtual introductory and technical interviews, followed by a trial day in Karlsruhe.
Talablar
- Bring several years of software development or technical consulting experience in project-based work.
- Have strong skills in C#/.NET, MS Access, MS SQL Server, and VBA.
- Familiarity with Angular, React, or Blazor is an advantage.
- Be experienced in analyzing business needs and designing, developing, and implementing custom software.
- Understand system integration, data migration, and interface development.
- Have experience with electronic signatures and digital processes in legal or regulated settings; familiarity with electronic legal transactions such as EGVP is preferred.
- Understand business processes well.
- Work independently and systematically, with a focus on practical solutions.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate well with others.
- Have very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English.
