Tavsif

  • Design and assess LLM and NLP solutions for business and technical use cases.
  • Build applications for text classification, entity extraction, semantic search, summarization, and related AI tasks.
  • Test models and methods, measuring quality, performance, and relevance before production.
  • Prepare, transform, and analyze data in Databricks.
  • Build and refine data pipelines for machine learning and AI systems.
  • Turn successful prototypes and proofs of concept into production-ready solutions.
  • Write modular, maintainable, well-tested code using object-oriented design and sound engineering practices.
  • Review and improve existing codebases, pipelines, and applications, including consolidating or redesigning them when needed.
  • Strengthen system reliability, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Work with data engineering, application development, engineering, leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to technical and architecture decisions and improve development, testing, and deployment practices.
  • Convert business needs into practical technical solutions for Irth’s SaaS products serving critical infrastructure industries.

Talablar

  • At least 3–5 years in data science, machine learning, or ML engineering, with production-quality coding experience beyond notebooks.
  • A master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in data science, machine learning, computer science, statistics, or a related field, plus a strong grounding in statistics and modeling methods.
  • Practical experience building NLP or LLM solutions, including RAG, embeddings and cosine similarity, hybrid BM25 and semantic search, fuzzy matching, MinHash, text classification, named entity recognition, search re-ranking, and prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant machine learning libraries, including pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
  • Strong command of object-oriented programming, clean code, and software design principles.
  • Data analysis experience covering exploratory analysis, hypothesis testing, and statistical modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks or a comparable data and analytics platform.
  • Understanding of the ML lifecycle, including training, evaluation, deployment, production monitoring, model drift, and data quality.
  • Experience designing and building REST APIs.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills; French and English proficiency are explicitly required in the French qualifications.
  • Preferred: experience with large-scale unstructured text, communications, public relations or media, vector databases, RAG frameworks, NLP fine-tuning, MLflow, TypeScript, Node.js, CI/CD, Git, or GitHub Actions.
