Senior Generative AI Technology Delivery Manager
Lead delivery governance for Marsh’s internal AI transformation, overseeing enterprise AI operations, vendor onboarding, and coordination across Build Team workstreams.
Opis
- Coordinate recurring governance forums, including the Weekly Architecture Review Board, from agenda preparation through follow-up.
- Convert technical discussions into executive-ready decision records, meeting summaries, action registers, and approval documents.
- Follow ownership, progress, risks, security needs, costs, and approval conditions through resolution.
- Coordinate third-party AI vendor onboarding, access requests, rollouts, and operational escalations using ServiceNow, SharePoint, and intake workflows.
- Prepare program reports and manage the daily operational queue to keep access approvals, onboarding tickets, and routine requests moving.
- Deputize for the Build Team Workstream Lead and maintain leadership continuity during their absence.
- Coordinate with OWG Tech, Marsh Tech, AI project managers, and Product Strategy project managers.
- Manage the demand pipeline for consultants and business leads.
- Resolve blockers and coordinate cross-functional work for the OW AI Program.
Zahteve
- At least four years of experience in technology delivery, governance, PMO, or technology operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience supporting technology governance or architecture reviews in a complex enterprise.
- Ability to turn technical discussions into clear documentation for executives.
- Skill in coordinating a high-volume operations queue and following requests through to completion.
- Experience with technology onboarding, compliance, or access management.
- Comfort navigating security and procurement reviews.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow or comparable reporting and ticketing tools.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience in consulting or professional services.
- Working knowledge of Marsh or its infrastructure and processes.
- Exposure to AI platforms or tools, large language models, AI governance frameworks, or enterprise AI onboarding.
- Familiarity with SIEM, Okta, SCIM, or comparable enterprise security and identity tools.
- Experience with Agile delivery, including sprint ceremonies and backlog management.
- Experience with ADO or similar tools.
