Opis

  • Turn business strategy into capability maps, value streams, and target operating models.
  • Maintain enterprise capability models to identify gaps, duplication, and investment opportunities.
  • Review existing processes and organizational structures to find inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Design future business architectures, covering process redesign, organizational changes, and capability roadmaps.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with business leaders, subject matter experts, and technology teams.
  • Set and maintain business architecture standards, frameworks, and governance.
  • Coordinate with enterprise, solution, data, and technical architects to align business and IT architecture.
  • Inform investment planning by connecting capabilities to strategic initiatives and surfacing dependencies, risks, and value drivers.
  • Explain architectural direction and its rationale to encourage adoption of new business models.
  • Develop and maintain learning materials for enterprise architecture pathways and employee development.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related discipline.
  • At least seven years of experience in business or enterprise architecture, strategy, or management consulting.
  • Experience using enterprise architecture tools such as ServiceNow or YouDesign.
  • Strong understanding of business architecture frameworks and methods, including TOGAF or BIZBOK.
  • Track record developing capability models, value stream maps, and target operating models.
  • Ability to assess capabilities, analyze results, and recommend actions that support informed decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills for reviewing current processes and identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and duplication.
  • Ability to turn business strategy into practical roadmaps and investment priorities.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and interviews to gather requirements and build stakeholder agreement.
  • Strong collaboration skills across enterprise, solution, data, and technical architecture teams.
  • Experience establishing enterprise architecture standards and governance processes.
  • Strong communication and change management skills, including influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business acumen to connect capabilities with strategic initiatives and assess risks, dependencies, and value drivers.
  • Preferred: experience with large-scale digital transformation or IT investment planning.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Agile and portfolio management practices.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
