Opis

  • Manage and improve business applications, including FreshService, FreshDesk, Monday.com, Asana, Formstack, Microsoft 365, and Claude.
  • Administer digital assets such as domains, websites, social profiles, advertising accounts, and analytics tools.
  • Manage user access, connect applications to single sign-on, and revoke access when employees leave.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, create simple workflows and automations, and write user guides.
  • Work with Legal to support company policies, privacy regulations, and responsible practices.
  • Find unmanaged applications, websites, domains, and accounts, and restore company ownership.
  • Serve as the primary contact for application vendors, track licenses, and help reduce spending on unused tools.
  • Find overlapping tools and help teams move to shared platforms.
  • Review existing tools before approving requests for new applications.
  • Work with Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and other teams to improve business tools.
  • Report to the Head of Enterprise Technology & Security.

Zahteve

  • 3–5 years of experience managing business software or cloud applications in an IT role.
  • Administrative experience with a help desk tool such as FreshService, FreshDesk, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
  • Administrative experience with a project management tool such as Monday.com or Asana.
  • Good understanding of user access and single sign-on.
  • Some experience with websites, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tools and requests.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing company, setting priorities, and adapting quickly.
  • Clear, friendly communication with nontechnical colleagues.
  • A degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Comfort using AI tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues, with the judgment to evaluate recommendations before implementing them.
  • Preferred: Freshworks administration experience.
  • Preferred: Experience with cookie consent or privacy tools.
  • Preferred: Experience at a multi-brand or franchise company.
  • Preferred: ITIL 4 Foundation, CompTIA Security, or similar certification.
