Opis

  • Review permit and application requests for completeness and accuracy, then process them.
  • Record and update application details in internal systems, databases, and tracking tools.
  • Answer questions by phone, email, or in person about application status, requirements, and next steps.
  • Explain required documents, forms, and procedures to applicants.
  • Route applications to the right internal teams and help resolve missing or inaccurate information.
  • Monitor application progress and follow up promptly to support resolution.
  • Keep records organized and aligned with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare basic reports, logs, and summaries on application volume and status.
  • Provide courteous, professional service to applicants.

Zahteve

  • At least one year of experience in customer service, administrative support, office assistance, front desk, call center, or clerical work.
  • Careful and accurate handling of forms and data.
  • Comfort using computers and multiple systems.
  • Basic skills with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, or similar tools.
  • Clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong organization and time management.
  • Permit experience is not required; training is provided.
