Opis

  • Build, test, document, and deploy high-quality software that scales in production.
  • Use knowledge of the industry, product, and roadmap to shape team strategy and organizational direction.
  • Lead complex features and systems from initial ideas and architecture through deployment and ongoing refinement.
  • Set and uphold engineering principles, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Work with product, design, and other stakeholders on technical choices that support business goals and scale.
  • Resolve incidents as part of the on-call rotation.
  • Find and clear obstacles across complex projects.
  • Conduct code reviews and raise their quality.
  • Guide team planning and design discussions.
  • Improve software quality, testability, operational metrics, and team documentation.
  • Mentor and coach engineers at every level.

Zahteve

  • At least 7 years of experience building highly scalable Android applications using MVI architecture.
  • Expert proficiency in Kotlin.
  • Expertise in the Android domain, including platform best practices, trends, and end-user considerations.
  • Experience with Jetpack Compose and dependency injection or ServiceLocator patterns.
  • Expertise in Agile software delivery and Scrum.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and diverse teams in large enterprise environments.
  • Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform.
  • Experience with Material Design, ideally Material 3.
  • Experience with client API design and client-backend development.
  • Experience with Go, Swift, and Java.
