Opis

  • Own and manage the financial crime training curriculum
  • Align learning solutions with business priorities, regulatory obligations and emerging financial crime threats
  • Help design, deliver and continuously improve financial crime learning for varied audiences and business functions
  • Oversee learner requests from submission through resolution
  • Maintain role-based learning pathways that reflect current capability requirements and future skills needs
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, learner feedback and completion data
  • Recommend improvements based on training performance analysis
  • Prepare management information and deliver reports to financial crime governance forums
  • Escalate risks, issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Review and challenge training content to confirm alignment with policies, standards, risk appetite and internal practices
  • Help foster an anti-financial crime culture across Santander UK

Zahteve

  • Professional experience in financial crime, risk and control, or compliance within financial services
  • Strong understanding of financial crime typologies, emerging threats, risk indicators and applicable regulations
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, influence decisions and build relationships at every organisational level
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills for handling competing priorities, workstreams and deadlines
  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills combined with a collaborative problem-solving style
  • Experience overseeing governance, reporting, risk management and continuous improvement work
  • Knowledge of financial crime risk frameworks, controls and compliance responsibilities
  • Ability to identify, evaluate and reduce financial crime risks across business operations
  • A proactive, adaptable and resilient approach to working in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • A recognised financial crime qualification is preferred
