Opis

Oversee the Prime Services Data team’s analytics platform, data collection tools, and strategy.
Lead analytics, data sourcing, distribution, and quality for Prime Services.
Manage a small team of analysts and developers while contributing directly to engineering work.
Build and maintain analytics pipelines and platforms with Python and Java.
Use AI-assisted development tools and help create AI-powered monitoring agents.
Create workflow and data agents.
Build and optimize data sourcing integrations across Prime Services and Markets Technology.
Develop analytics tools and dashboards for business users and quantitative analysts.
Write production-ready code, review code, and uphold engineering standards.
Design scalable systems for order, execution, trade, and position data.
Build and maintain batch jobs and automated workflows.
Resolve complex issues across the data platform stack.
Set technical direction and mentor team members in their professional development.
Serve as an escalation contact for local business and production support teams.
Oversee Asia-morning production processes and batch jobs.
Coordinate with US and UK teams to provide round-the-clock operational coverage.
Set up monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures.
Lead root cause investigations and implement lasting fixes for production issues.
Maintain operational resilience and business continuity.
Turn business needs into technical specifications and engineering solutions.
Advise Prime Brokerage, Equity Finance, Delta One, Futures Execution and Clearing, and OTC Clearing teams.
Guide data visualization for analytics and reporting.
Maintain data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Define data quality rules, validation frameworks, and remediation processes.
Oversee metadata management and data lineage records.
Promote compliance with enterprise data standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead functional integration, product launches, and process improvements.
Assess business and system processes and industry standards to develop solutions.
Set methods and standards for application analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
Consult end users, assign work, coach developers and analysts, advise senior leaders, and assess technology and regulatory risks.

Zahteve

At least 12 years of software engineering, data engineering, or data analytics experience in banking or financial services.
Experience with modern AI-assisted development and testing tools such as GitHub Copilot, Devin, Claude, or equivalent.
Hands-on experience building or contributing to AI-powered agents, especially for monitoring, alerting, or workflow automation, is strongly preferred.
Strong practical engineering experience designing, building, and maintaining production-grade data systems.
Experience leading small technical teams while remaining a significant individual contributor.
In-depth knowledge of financial data, including orders, executions, trade processing, position management, P&L, risk, and reference data.
Experience translating requirements into technical solutions with quantitative analysts and business stakeholders.
Experience supporting global production environments, including off-hours batch processing and operations.
Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and business leaders at senior levels.
Strong hands-on skills in Python and Java.
Extensive knowledge of data ingestion and distribution frameworks.
Experience with distributed messaging systems such as Kafka and distributed caching services such as Gemfire or Redis.
Proficiency in SQL and relational and NoSQL database management systems.
Experience designing and managing batch jobs, schedulers, and workflow orchestration tools.
Expertise in data quality frameworks, validation methods, and remediation strategies.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment automation.
Experience building and maintaining data lakes, warehouses, and analytics platforms is preferred.
Experience implementing data visualization tools and platforms is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations to executive audiences.
Ability to work with quantitative analysts and business subject matter experts to understand complex data needs.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, globally distributed teams.
Ability to work under pressure, facilitate discussions, and lead group meetings.
Strong diplomacy skills.
Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience, preferably in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
A master’s degree or advanced certifications are preferred.
At least 10 years of relevant experience.
