  • Convert FAQs, support tickets, and documentation into useful forum posts.
  • Write moderation guidelines and define community roles.
  • Document the work to guide the forum’s ongoing development.
  • Create an engaging, well-organized platform for users.
  • Help take a digital project from its initial structure through launch.

Zahteve

  • You are a current student, for example in communication studies, business administration, media informatics, or technical writing.
  • You have strong written German skills at C1 level.
  • You can write clearly and accurately while maintaining a welcoming tone.
  • You are enthusiastic about software products.
  • Experience with a CMS platform or Discourse is helpful but not required.
  • You work independently.
  • You pay close attention to detail.
  • You can organize complex information clearly.
  • This is a required internship.
