Descriere

  • Configure AI sourcing and outreach platforms and agents.
  • Automate sourcing for new roles by connecting the job platform to sourcing tools.
  • Build and maintain prompts, evaluation logic, and quality checks for AI-assisted screening.
  • Create reusable email and LinkedIn outreach sequences, test messaging, and improve conversion.
  • Report on source quality, conversion, time to staff, and cost per active expert.
  • Build workflows that search the existing applicant pool before sourcing new candidates.
  • Plan and build API and webhook integrations, with engineering support as needed.
  • Align search criteria with the talent team, protect candidate experience, and maintain GDPR compliance.
  • Document systems and workflows, and train the talent team to run them independently.
  • Work with the Director of Product and Operations, the SME Careers talent team, and engineering.

Cerințe

  • At least three years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting operations.
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting, particularly for contractor, freelance, or gig workforces.
  • Practical experience using AI sourcing or outreach tools such as Juicebox, hireEZ, Gem, or similar platforms.
  • Programming or scripting experience, preferably with Python or JavaScript, and familiarity with SQL.
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
  • Demonstrated ability to build maintainable automations or workflows.
  • Practical experience building software with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
  • Ability to create funnel reports from raw exports or an API and explain the findings.
  • Understanding of recruiters’ daily work and how they adopt tools.
  • Sound judgment about candidate experience and avoiding outreach that feels automated.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and building a function from the ground up.
