Descriere

  • Lead technical discovery with U.S. Department of Defense, intelligence community, and federal customers.
  • Define use cases, solution plans, measurable proof-of-value goals, and paths from pilot to production.
  • Create tailored demonstrations, whiteboard sessions, and practical workshops.
  • Develop rapid prototypes and custom applications on the Kamiwaza platform.
  • Showcase retrieval-augmented generation, agent orchestration, event-driven data ingestion, and edge inference workflows.
  • Implement evaluation and safeguards, including grounding checks, policy controls, and transparency measures.
  • Turn successful proofs of value into production solutions by strengthening code, modularizing components, testing, and meeting customer standards.
  • Design and build integrations with identity, data, and workflow systems.
  • Automate deployments and maintain consistency across development, test, and production environments using containers and DevOps practices.
  • Improve performance, reliability, observability, scalability, and operational readiness.
  • Provide security and accreditation teams with documentation and deployment patterns suited to RMF and ATO processes.
  • Produce architecture diagrams, deployment guides, runbooks, infrastructure-as-code and configuration assets, and code repositories.
  • Lead knowledge-transfer and enablement workshops for customers and partners.
  • Set acceptance criteria and guide production approval or transition planning.
  • Coordinate systems integrators and partners from proof of value through production delivery.
  • Help Sales and Capture teams shape technical win strategies, proposals, risk reviews, and bid decisions.
  • Turn field feedback into product requirements and work with Engineering and Product to streamline delivery.
  • Create repeatable playbooks for discovery, proof of value, hardening, deployment, and handoff.
  • Equip customers and partners to deploy and operate Kamiwaza solutions independently.

Cerințe

  • At least six years in customer-facing technical roles supporting U.S. federal customers.
  • Ability to lead engagements from discovery through technical validation, pilot, production implementation, and handoff.
  • Comfort working in sensitive mission settings and following security and information-handling constraints.
  • Strong software engineering skills; Python is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with APIs, SDKs, and modern web or application frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, vector search, agent workflows, and evaluation safeguards.
  • Experience with distributed systems and integration approaches, including APIs, event-driven or streaming systems, and data pipelines.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, logging, and metrics.
  • Ability to connect technical capabilities to mission outcomes and customer value.
  • Strong presentation, whiteboarding, and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Ability to guide technical decisions and address objections in real time.
  • Strong ownership and ability to coordinate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and partners.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
  • Ability to travel within the continental United States to customer sites and secure locations.
  • Preferred: experience deploying in classified, air-gapped, or DDIL environments for DoD or the intelligence community.
  • Preferred: familiarity with RMF/ATO processes and NIST 800-53.
  • Preferred: experience implementing production systems and owning their operation.
  • Preferred: experience integrating federal data platforms, streaming systems, and identity or access controls.
  • Preferred: prior military service or direct support for operational mission teams.
  • Preferred: published demonstrations, open-source contributions, or reference-solution work.
