Descriere
- Win new customers and grow existing accounts across the process and plant-engineering sectors
- Sell engineering and software products that support the digitalization of plant projects
- Create and execute sales strategies informed by market and competitor analysis
- Present solutions to senior decision-makers and negotiate commercial agreements
- Develop durable partnerships with B2B customers
- Coordinate with technical, marketing, and project delivery teams
- Own revenue growth, pipeline oversight, and sales reporting
- Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events
- Sell software to midsize EPCs and plant operators across German-speaking markets
- Differentiate the solutions from competitors and explain the value of Cadison
Cerințe
- Bring at least five years of experience selling technical software, preferably in process engineering or plant engineering
- Hold a degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable discipline
- Have experience winning and managing B2B customers in technical markets
- Explain technical solutions clearly and assess customer requirements effectively
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
- Work independently with a clear focus on targets
- Be prepared to travel for customer meetings and industry events
- Communicate fluently in German and English
