Descriere

  • Design and deliver enterprise GenAI systems with LLMs, foundation models, and agentic AI frameworks.
  • Create reusable AI patterns, accelerators, and reference architectures.
  • Turn business challenges into scalable AI workflows and production-ready proofs of concept.
  • Modernize AI platforms by applying emerging GenAI technologies and established practices.
  • Create and maintain prompt engineering frameworks that produce controlled, reliable LLM outputs.
  • Set up prompt versioning, lifecycle management, and testing practices.
  • Build AI safeguards for hallucinations, bias, security threats, and compliance needs.
  • Develop scalable orchestration pipelines with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar tools.
  • Create reusable AI components, tools, agents, and workflow templates.
  • Build multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows.
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify valuable AI use cases.
  • Create AI prototypes and MVPs using synthetic and enterprise data.
  • Turn prototypes into production applications that meet scalability, security, and reliability standards.
  • Design scalable GenAI architectures across AWS, Google Cloud, and Snowflake.
  • Use Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Snowflake Cortex AI, and other cloud-native AI services.
  • Design RAG systems using vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
  • Improve model deployment, inference speed, and infrastructure cost efficiency.
  • Create evaluation frameworks for accuracy, relevance, latency, safety, and business impact.
  • Develop benchmarks for prompts, models, and workflows.
  • Define KPIs, observability practices, and monitoring strategies.
  • Improve model performance through prompt tuning, retrieval improvements, and workflow refinements.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, data engineering, or AI solution development.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, and foundation models.
  • Strong background designing enterprise GenAI solutions with advanced LLM architectures and prompt frameworks.
  • Expertise developing scalable AI workflows, orchestration pipelines, and reusable AI components.
  • Ability to turn business needs into production-ready AI solutions and prototypes using synthetic data.
  • In-depth knowledge of prompt versioning, governance, safeguards, and controlled LLM outputs.
  • Strong understanding of AI evaluation frameworks, benchmarking methods, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and RAG architectures.
  • Strong Python skills and familiarity with modern AI and machine learning development frameworks.
