Descriere

  • Own the eData Product Analytics and Enablement function across product analytics and enablement.
  • Define the long-range product enablement strategy and deliver operational improvements.
  • Develop an embedded operating model that integrates team members into product-domain workflows.
  • Expand an AI-enabled analytics model to automate routine reporting and improve high-value insights and decision support.
  • Build self-service product analytics capabilities with standardized production metrics and AI-ready semantic definitions.
  • Direct project management, stakeholder engagement, demand planning, and delivery coordination across product domains.
  • Continuously refine product enablement programs and their strategic direction.
  • Promote analytics excellence, ongoing learning, and talent development within data analysis and program management teams.
  • Manage approximately 30 data analysts and operational or program managers.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • At least 10 years of project management experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing people.
  • Advanced expertise in product analytics and product operations.
  • Strong influence and cross-functional leadership skills across product, technology, and risk functions.
  • Demonstrated success building AI fluency and incorporating AI tools or agents into analytical and operational workflows.
  • Experience mentoring and developing teams.
  • Clear, precise, and credible communication with stakeholders at every level.
  • Must be able to work without employer immigration sponsorship or immigration-related employment authorization support.
  • Master’s or MBA degree preferred.
  • At least 12 years of project management experience preferred.
  • At least 6 years of people management experience preferred.
  • PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and influencing abilities preferred.
