Define the long-range product enablement strategy and deliver operational improvements.

At least 10 years of project management experience.
At least 5 years of experience managing people.
Advanced expertise in product analytics and product operations.
Strong influence and cross-functional leadership skills across product, technology, and risk functions.
Demonstrated success building AI fluency and incorporating AI tools or agents into analytical and operational workflows.
Experience mentoring and developing teams.
Clear, precise, and credible communication with stakeholders at every level.
Must be able to work without employer immigration sponsorship or immigration-related employment authorization support.
Master’s or MBA degree preferred.
At least 12 years of project management experience preferred.
At least 6 years of people management experience preferred.
PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills preferred.
Strong problem-solving and influencing abilities preferred.
