Descriere

  • Set creative strategy and lead marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Turn business priorities, audience segments, and customer insights into campaign plans and messaging with Marketing Strategy and Demand Generation & Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Guide creative and messaging for integrated paid media, CRM, eCommerce, direct mail, and email campaigns.
  • Define campaign themes, messaging priorities, value propositions, and creative direction across channels.
  • Direct the creation and delivery of paid media and direct response assets.
  • Lead and coach a team responsible for creative strategy, execution, and campaign assets.
  • Oversee creative production budgets, forecasts, spending, and resource allocation.
  • Run creative tests to improve messaging, offers, formats, and campaign results.
  • Work with Analytics and Media teams to assess results and strengthen creative performance.
  • Manage campaign development from initial brief and concept through production and launch.
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing, Brand, Media, CRM, eCommerce, and Analytics teams.
  • Direct agency partnerships, including strategy, feedback, and performance expectations.
  • Handle other assigned duties.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing, creative strategy, campaign development, or a related area.
  • Experience in performance marketing, customer acquisition, or demand generation is preferred.
  • Experience building integrated creative and messaging strategies across paid media, CRM, eCommerce, email, direct mail, and other direct response channels.
  • Experience leading creative teams or guiding agency partners through full-funnel campaign development and delivery.
  • Strong command of creative and messaging strategy, including value propositions, messaging hierarchies, calls to action, offer strategy, and conversion-focused communications.
  • Ability to turn marketing plans, business goals, audience insights, and customer needs into creative strategies.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and creative’s contribution to customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Ability to design creative testing plans and use results to refine campaigns.
  • Ability to interpret campaign data, customer insights, and performance analytics.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Strong agency and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing abilities.
  • Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
  • Availability for occasional evenings or weekends during key launches, production schedules, or other business-critical work.
  • A master’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior people leadership in creative strategy, performance marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing is preferred.
  • Experience in telecommunications or another subscription-based, consumer-focused industry is preferred.
