Lead AI adoption and business operations at DASH Water, improving processes, systems, and cross-functional execution as the company scales. The role combines process redesign, AI workflow implementation, and ownership of strategic projects.
Descriere
- Redesign DASH’s core processes across teams.
- Eliminate manual and duplicated work through improved systems and AI-enabled processes.
- Own the systems architecture and roadmap that support business growth.
- Identify process, automation, and tooling opportunities and develop supporting business cases.
- Embed DASH’s existing AI capabilities into consistent, team-owned practices.
- Serve as the business’s subject matter expert on AI.
- Track adoption and business impact from AI tools.
- Develop and implement more effective ways of working for an AI-led organisation.
- Own strategic cross-functional projects and coordinate the relevant specialists.
- Assist with ad hoc cross-functional initiatives and process reviews under the direction of the Operations Director.
- Handle assigned B Corp-related questions.
- Complete other duties assigned by the SLT.
Cerințe
- Experience owning or redesigning cross-functional processes in a scaling organisation, preferably in FMCG or another fast-moving consumer business.
- Demonstrated ability to bring structure, ownership, and measurable improvements to complex cross-departmental challenges without direct managerial authority.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI tools and workflows, including driving sustained adoption and measuring results.
- Ability to evaluate a business systems landscape and recommend appropriate fixes, automations, or tools.
- Confidence leading strategic cross-functional projects as an individual contributor and engaging the right specialists when needed.
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach suited to an integrator role focused on building capability and momentum rather than managing a team.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Professional-level interest in AI and technology with clear evidence of ongoing engagement.
- Commercial judgement and the ability to develop compelling business cases for initiatives.
