Project Coordinator, Web and Digital Marketing (Remote)

Coordinate web experience projects for a travel-industry client, managing Asana and Jira workflows from kickoff through launch. Partner with web, design, development, content, and marketing teams to keep deliverables, timelines, and approvals on track.

Descriere

  • Develop project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, and timelines
  • Set up and maintain Asana projects with team templates, assigned owners, defined tasks, and due dates
  • Collect requirements and stakeholder input during project kickoff
  • Track team capacity to support resource planning and identify conflicts
  • Manage project intake by recording, sizing, and routing incoming requests
  • Coordinate deliverables among web production, design, development, content, and marketing teams through launch
  • Monitor schedules and follow up on upcoming and overdue work
  • Organize working sessions, standups, and project check-ins while documenting notes, decisions, and actions
  • Produce status reports covering progress, risks, and upcoming milestones
  • Create and update Jira tickets and keep Asana and Jira timelines aligned
  • Serve as a point of contact for daily Web Experience team project questions and needs
  • Resolve blockers, escalate issues appropriately, and track them through closure
  • Monitor launch readiness, including reviews, approvals, and quality assurance
  • Keep project documentation, briefs, process guides, and team resources current
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes, Asana workflows, and templates
  • Report to the Project Manager and work with web producers, designers, developers, content specialists, and marketing partners

Cerințe

  • Successfully pass a background check
  • Bring 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations, preferably supporting a web, digital, or marketing team
  • Demonstrate strong Asana skills, including project setup, templates, timelines, rules, and reporting
  • Have working knowledge of Jira for creating, updating, and tracking tickets with development teams
  • Understand the website production lifecycle from requirements and design through development, QA, and launch
  • Have experience building project plans and tracking deliverables across teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with AEM, Confluence, Smartsheet, or comparable content and collaboration tools is a plus
  • Experience in the cruise or travel industry is a plus
  • Manage multiple projects at once and adapt quickly when priorities change
  • Apply strong troubleshooting and problem-solving judgment, including knowing when to escalate
  • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, including during meetings and status reporting
  • Maintain excellent organization and close attention to deadlines and deliverables
