Descriere

  • Set and deliver the technical strategy for customer engagement and marketing technology platforms
  • Build capabilities for customer data, audience management, journey orchestration, personalization, decisioning, and channel activation
  • Create reusable platform patterns that can be adopted across business lines
  • Promote composable and warehouse-native architecture approaches
  • Make Snowflake the core foundation of the customer engagement ecosystem
  • Develop customer-data activation patterns for marketing, digital, service, and advisor experiences
  • Define customer data models, identity frameworks, event architectures, and integration standards
  • Deliver engagement capabilities across batch, near-real-time, and real-time processing models
  • Design APIs, microservices, and event-driven services that connect marketing, digital, and enterprise systems
  • Build scalable integrations spanning SaaS platforms, core business systems, mobile apps, and web experiences
  • Ensure solutions meet standards for security, resilience, observability, and enterprise architecture alignment
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Architecture, Data Engineering, and Agile teams on priorities and roadmaps
  • Lead architecture reviews and shape technology decisions
  • Assess build-versus-buy options, address technical debt, and identify modernization opportunities
  • Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across teams and communities of practice
  • Set best practices for DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, observability, and release management
  • Advance automation and operational efficiency while supporting innovation and technical excellence

Cerințe

  • At least 10 years of software engineering experience, including Staff, Principal, or comparable technical leadership experience
  • Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale MarTech solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Data Platforms, journey orchestration, marketing automation, personalization and decisioning, customer identity and consent management, and omnichannel activation
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, Hightouch, Salesforce Data Cloud, or Braze
  • Practical experience with Snowflake or comparable modern cloud data platforms
  • Expertise in warehouse-native activation and composable architecture patterns
  • Strong understanding of customer data models, APIs, integrations, and event-driven architecture
  • Familiarity with Kafka, streaming technologies, and modern data ecosystems
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, APIs, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Deep knowledge of distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and software engineering best practices
  • Ability to shape technical direction across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
  • Strong communication skills for connecting complex technical concepts to business outcomes
  • Experience mentoring engineers and developing high-performing technical teams
  • Ability to balance near-term delivery with long-term platform strategy
