Descriere

  • Support the development, operation, and ongoing improvement of HR systems and reporting.
  • Turn HR business needs into dependable system and reporting solutions.
  • Maintain accurate, high-quality data.
  • Carry out system testing.
  • Assist users with HR systems and reports.
  • Help create consistent, efficient HR processes and tools.
  • Manage and check HR data to maintain quality, consistency, and transparency.
  • Build and maintain HR reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Assist with testing, releases, and improvements to HR systems and reporting solutions.
  • Find ways to standardize, simplify, and automate processes.
  • Provide HR users with functional support, documentation, and guidance.
  • Investigate data and system issues.
  • Recommend workable solutions and deliver them to a high standard.
  • Work with HR, HR Controlling, IT, and other relevant teams.

Cerințe

  • Experience or solid knowledge in data analytics, business intelligence, data governance, HR IT, or enterprise reporting.
  • Experience with enterprise applications and data, preferably in an HR setting.
  • A university degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant area, such as business administration, HR, data analytics, information systems, or IT.
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience with SAP-based HR applications and analytics tools, such as SuccessFactors, Datasphere, or SAC, or equivalent platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data quality, and business analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Analytical and methodical.
  • Proactive and focused on solutions.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working in a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Curious and motivated to improve how things work.
  • Service-minded and attentive to stakeholder needs.
  • Adaptable and open to change.
  • Further education or training in data analytics, business intelligence, data governance, HR IT, or enterprise reporting is an advantage.
  • Power BI skills are an advantage.
  • Understanding of SAP HR data models and enterprise integrations is an advantage.
  • Python knowledge is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and methods, such as Power Automate, scripting, or AI-assisted reporting, is an advantage.
  • Portuguese, Swedish, or German language skills are an advantage.
