  • Expand the value of ElevenLabs’ voice AI platform for enterprise customers
  • Scale technical solutions across a broad enterprise customer base
  • Streamline internal processes and strengthen sales team support
  • Partner with Account Executives on the technical elements of the sales cycle
  • Work with customer and prospect technical stakeholders to provide tailored guidance and design solutions
  • Develop technical demonstrations that clearly convey the product’s value
  • Create technical enablement materials for sales teams
  • Build self-service tools and documentation that help customers implement independently
  • Spot recurring integration patterns and opportunities for productization
  • Collaborate with product teams to deliver standardized integrations and features
  • Travel regularly to customer sites

  • Enjoy working directly with customers, refining solutions, and delivering tailored support
  • Ability to recognize patterns that can be standardized and scaled
  • Strong empathy for customers, sales teams, and product groups
  • Solid technical foundation for designing integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and existing customer systems
  • Customer-facing experience, including experience gained through student organizations or side projects
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Strong knowledge of software development, architecture, and common integration patterns
  • Excellent communication skills with the flexibility to tailor messages for different audiences
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • Strong awareness of regional and cultural differences
  • Preferably based in São Paulo, Brazil
  • Must be based in Brazil
