Descriere

  • Work with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver client engagements.
  • Contribute to projects spanning employee experience, Total Rewards communications, organizational and workforce transformation, and AI-enabled work, wellbeing, benefits, and culture.
  • Track project scope, schedule, and budget to help keep engagements on course.
  • Use AI and digital tools to speed up research, analysis, drafting, and production.
  • Check deliverables for accuracy, sourcing, confidentiality, bias, accessibility, tone, and client fit.
  • Work with senior colleagues to develop, present, and put communication and change strategies into practice.
  • Turn data and research into accurate, clear materials tailored to specific audiences.
  • Evaluate digital and AI-enabled experiences, then use usability and accessibility findings to recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and projects by tracking decisions, actions, risks, dependencies, timelines, and communications.
  • Interview participants and combine qualitative and quantitative findings into insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare for and contribute to client meetings, present selected work, and lead parts of discussions.
  • Develop reusable prompts, context, examples, and workflow guidance.
  • Follow responsible AI practices and raise questions or risks when they arise.
  • Help develop business and intellectual capital by drafting statements of work, project plans, and budgets.
  • Contribute to developing new tools and approaches.

  • Knowledge of communication, change management, marketing, digital, and social media trends and how they apply to client solutions.
  • Professional presence and strong written, web, and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to manage priorities and take ownership of defined workstreams.
  • Sound judgment within established guardrails, with willingness to seek guidance when requirements or risks are unclear.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, analytical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, test assumptions, distinguish evidence from inference, and turn insights into recommendations for specific audiences.
  • Familiarity with agile principles and design thinking.
  • Practical AI literacy, including prompt and context design, source-based research, iterative testing, fact and citation checks, bias awareness, and responsible use of approved tools.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in liberal arts, communications, journalism, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
  • Expected graduation between May 2026 and June 2027.
