Affiliate Manager — Worldwide Remote

Manage affiliate and influencer partnerships for an Australian gaming startup that combines entertainment with cryptocurrency economics. Own partner onboarding, tracking, performance support, compliance, and day-to-day relationship management.

Descriere

  • Own end-to-end onboarding for new affiliates, from registration and validation through tracking setup, dashboard access, and initial guidance.
  • Deliver first-line support through chat, email, calls, WhatsApp, and Telegram while meeting established response SLAs.
  • Make the product and underlying technology clear and accessible to affiliates and partners.
  • Guide partners through tracking, postbacks, dashboards, performance reporting, and promotional resources.
  • Work with Product, Tech, and Finance to resolve tracking defects, payment concerns, and creative approval requests.
  • Track affiliate performance, investigate declines, and recommend reactivation campaigns.
  • Maintain process documentation, FAQs, and self-service resources.
  • Review partner content against applicable market compliance standards and responsible gambling requirements.
  • Act as the primary contact for affiliates and influencers from onboarding through ongoing operations.

Cerințe

  • Fluent written and spoken English for a fully English-speaking work environment.
  • Professional experience with technology, such as product, technical support, or SaaS work.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, clarity, and the ability to explain complex topics simply.
  • Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
  • Experience in iGaming, betting, affiliate marketing, or the creator economy is an advantage.
  • Background managing relationships with content creators and influencers is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Income Access, Cellxpert, MyAffiliates, or Affilka, plus CRM systems, is an advantage.
  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills are an advantage when supporting programs serving Latin America.
  • Curiosity, authenticity, independence, comfort with ambiguity, and availability across Australian time zones.
