  • Operate technology, digital, and data platforms and services used globally.
  • Provide round-the-clock support for technology engineering, architecture, and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot systems and optimize performance.
  • Implement solutions that support high availability.
  • Build APIs and services for live production environments.
  • Develop automation.
  • Identify application and infrastructure risks and ways to mitigate them.
  • Coordinate with teams to reduce identified risks.
  • Debug issues and investigate their root causes.
  • Use monitoring tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Apply ITIL practices for event, incident, release, problem, and knowledge management.
  • Contribute to application design, software development, and automated testing.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience in computer science, computer science engineering, or a related field.
  • At least six years of varied software engineering experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting and tuning performance.
  • Experience implementing high-availability solutions such as Always On, clustering, and mirroring.
  • DevOps knowledge relevant to highly available IT infrastructure.
  • Experience building APIs and services for live production environments.
  • Experience developing automation.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other rapid application development methods.
  • Hands-on experience with application design, software development, and automated testing.
  • Experience in banking or payments technology.
  • Experience identifying application and infrastructure risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Experience debugging systems and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Experience with monitoring tools, including application performance monitoring, AIOps, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL event, incident, release, problem, and knowledge management.
  • Experience with one or more of these areas: programming languages, networking, Linux or Windows, mainframe, middleware, databases, or cloud.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
